Once upon a time
Originally an Alpine cheese ripening cellar and sheepfold, La Cave des Creux has long been home to shepherds. Coming from a local family,
our ancestors used to work in the pature grass of Courchevel long before the creation of the ski resort.
The spirit of the pioneers, builders and visionaries who enabled Courchevel to become an internationally renowned ski resort is present through the mountain decoration and the restaurant spirit.
